James Harkins is the President/Owner of ACHS, Inc., a company specializing in air conditioning and heating services. With 28 years of experience in the HVAC industry, James previously served as Owner/Vice President of Harkins Company and as a Service Technician at Young & Pratt. James completed an apprenticeship with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union and holds a high school diploma from Elgin High School. Currently, James is pursuing further education at Austin Community College.
