Ilene K. is a Design and Research Lead in Merchant Fraud at ACI Worldwide since May 2022, focusing on client-centric research and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance user insights. Ilene has previously held roles as a User Experience Designer, where the emphasis was on creating accessible B2B product experiences and developing design systems. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate UX Designer at the University of Rochester, where Ilene taught design fundamentals and AR/VR interaction design, and as a Front-End Designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios, emphasizing accessibility in design.
