Adam Castle

Adam Castle is a seasoned professional in talent management and success management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager and Consultant at Acifin since September 2023, where strategic support is provided to senior management and talent teams are managed. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Success Management at WCP Brands, leading key initiatives in business growth and operations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Success Manager EMEA at Jellysmack, where leadership was demonstrated over a substantial international team, along with an earlier role as Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance. Adam also co-founded and presided over Noisy Castle Records, an independent record label, and has a strong educational background with two Master’s degrees from the University of Glasgow in Music and Composition and Creative Practice.
