Steven Duranceau

Steven Duranceau is currently a Sales Engineer at ACI Mechanical & HVAC Sales. Prior to that, they were an Intellectual Property Specialist and Project Engineer at Helmerich & Payne.

Steven has always been interested in engineering and technology. Steven started their career as an Intellectual Property Specialist, conducting research into relevant industry IP and tracking emerging technologies. Steven was also responsible for liaising with outside counsel on matters involving intellectual property and submitting patent applications for new developments within the company.

In their role as Project Engineer, Steven worked with internal and external customers on rig projects involving upgrades, modifications, additions, site layouts, and various other engineering requests. Steven also attended weekly district/area meetings to provide an engineering presence and build relationships between Operations and Engineering.

Steven’s experience in both engineering and intellectual property makes him well-suited for their current role as Sales Engineer. Steven is able to provide their customers with valuable insights into the products and technologies they are interested in.

Steven Duranceau received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University. Prior to that, they completed pre-engineering coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College.

Steven Duranceau reports to Andrew Asper, Spokane General Manager + Engineer. Some of their coworkers include John Saulie - Sales Engineer, Bob McGary - Sales Engineer, and Adrian Morales - Estimator + Inside Sales Engineer.
