Daria Kuznetsova

Daria Kuznetsova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daria recently joined Acino as the Human Resources Director for Russia in 2022. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various HR leadership positions. These include being the HR Leader for Global Commercial Strategy Operations & Business Development and HR Site Lead Allschwil from November 2020 to September 2021, the HR Leader for Consumer Health for Russia, Ukraine & CIS and L&D Lead for X-sector organization from January 2019 to November 2020, and the HR Leader for Consumer & X-sector HR Operations from June 2017 to January 2019. Before their time at Johnson & Johnson, Daria was with Wrigley, where they held roles such as Recruitment Manager for Russia from March 2010 to May 2012 and PLD Coordinator from January 2001 to December 2005.

Daria Kuznetsova completed their education in the following chronological order:

- From 1997 to 2002, they pursued a Higher degree in History at Moscow City Teachers’ Training University (MGPU).

- In 2002, they obtained a PGDip in Human Resource Management from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

- In 2012, they attended Kingston University, where they earned an MsIHRM degree in International HR Management.

- During the same year, they also became an Associate member at CIPD.

- Most recently, in 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Compliance Management at the Higher School of Economics, completing it in 2022.
