Max Sorokin

Max Sorokin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Acino, a role they assumed in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim CFO at Acino from March 2023 to June 2023. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Group Commercial Finance at Acino from September 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining Acino, Max Sorokin worked at PepsiCo from 2012 to 2019 in different finance management roles. Max'slast position at PepsiCo was ESSA Beverages Supply Chain Finance Lead from August 2018 to July 2019. Max also served as the Senior Manager for West Beverages Supply Chain Finance, Senior Manager for PepsiCo Europe FP&A, and Manager for Europe Sector Operations Finance during their tenure at PepsiCo.

Prior to their time at PepsiCo, Max Sorokin worked at Merck Serono as an Associate Director for Licensing & Business Development from September 2010 to August 2012. Max also gained consulting experience at a-connect, where they worked as a Consultant/Talent Partner in the Life Sciences Practice from February 2009 to June 2010.

Max Sorokin holds an MBA degree from IMD, which they completed in 2008. Max began their professional career at Eli Lilly and Company, where they worked from 2002 to 2007 in various finance-related roles, including Finance Manager for Kazakhstan/Ukraine Regions, Finance and Business Development Manager, and Financial Analyst.

Max Sorokin attended Wabash College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business, and German. In 2008, they briefly attended IMD, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
