Usha P Raikar

Usha P Raikar has worked in the IT industry since 1994. Usha began their career as a Systems Programmer for Bangalore Softsell. In 1996 they moved to Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Consultant. In 2000 they returned to Bangalore Softsell Ltd as a Technical Director, mentoring legacy migration tool development, aligning service offerings with market needs, and engaging in business development. In 2008 they joined 3i Infotech Ltd. as Lead of the Mainframe Migration Practice. In 2014 they became a Legacy Migration Consultant for emids and in 2016 a Principal Consultant for Business Intelligence Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2018 they joined Acionyx Inc. as a Client Engagement Manager.

Usha P Raikar began their educational journey in 1985 when they attended Vijaya High School and completed their High School degree in 1988. Usha then attended Mt. Carmel College and earned a PUC in Science in 1990. Following this, Usha P Raikar attended Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering where they earned a Bachelor of Engg. in Electronics & Communication in 1994. In 2006, they attended Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and completed a Management program for entrepreneurs & family businesses in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2008.
