Jason Broughton

Jason Broughton started their work experience as an Apprentice Electrician at Sheffield City Council in 1989 and later became an Electrician. Jason also worked as a Commercial Services Technician, where they conducted quality control inspections and provided electrical technical advice and estimates. In 2003, they joined Kier Group as a Maintenance/Contracts Manager, responsible for responsive repairs, planned works, and IT development. Over the years, they held various managerial roles within Kier Group, including Lift Services Manager and Maintenance Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Regional Maintenance Manager, overseeing a social housing contract across several regions. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Operational Delivery Solutions Manager. Jason is currently working at Acis Group as the Head of Repairs Delivery, starting in 2018.

Jason Broughton attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in FdSc Integrated Maintenance & Facilities Services. Jason'sfield of study at this university was Facilities Planning and Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, Jason attended The Sheffield College, where they earned an HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
