Felix Morales Cruz

Felix Morales Cruz is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in database administration and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Database Administrator at Aclara since May 2017, Felix specializes in AMI, AMR, and MDM technical administration, as well as Oracle and MS SQL Server administration. With a career beginning in 1999 at PREPA as a Senior Database Administrator, Felix accumulated extensive expertise in managing database environments. In addition, Felix has been with the US Coast Guard since March 2001, holding the position of Chief Operations Specialist, focusing on communications and situation unit control. Felix holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon.
