Lyn Salvo

Lyn Salvo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lyn is currently working as the Sr. Director Talent and Rewards at Hubbell Utility Solutions. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director HR and Organizational Development at Aclara since 2012. Before joining Aclara, Lyn worked as an HR Consultant at SSM Health Care from 2009 to 2012. Lyn also has experience working as a Principal at Development Solutions in Action (DSA) Consulting, where they provided consulting services in various areas such as needs analysis, training, performance management, and leadership development. Lyn has also held leadership positions at Macy's and May Merchandising Company/May Department Stores International, where they focused on education and development, training, and organizational development.

Lyn Salvo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Lyn then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Human Resources from the same university, successfully completing it in 2010.
