Pedro Urteaga Septién

Pedro Urteaga Septién has extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Pedro currently serves as the Vice President Global IEC Engineering at Aclara, a position they have held since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at TECNALIA Research & Innovation from 2011 to 2018, where they held various roles including Market and International Director - Energy and Environment Division and Market Development Director - Energy Unit. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Head of Electric Market at Tecnalia. Pedro also worked as a Marketing Manager at uSysCom from 2001 to 2007. Pedro started their career in 1999 at Ericsson, where they worked in Customer Support.

Pedro Urteaga Septién completed their education in chronological order. From 1990 to 1996, they attended Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they pursued a degree in Telecom Engineering. Following this, in 1999 and 2000, Pedro enrolled in the ESEUNE Business School in Spain, earning an MBA degree. Lastly, in 2014, they briefly attended the University of Deusto, focusing on becoming an Expert in Technology and Business Management.
