Xinhua Gan

Xinhua Gan is a highly experienced Senior RF Design Engineer at Aclara, specializing in RF design for Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) STAR Network since February 2011. Prior experience includes serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Spirent Communications, focusing on RF hardware design for 3G/4G wireless network emulators, and holding various roles at Lucent Technologies/Andrew/Commscope from February 2001 to September 2010, where expertise was developed in advanced RF transceivers and power amplifier design for the wireless network infrastructure. Xinhua Gan also held a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the University of Houston and Kansas, working on innovative radar systems, and earlier gained experience at the Communication Telemetry & Telecontrol Institute, where projects included the design of microwave backhaul and terrestrial radio relay systems. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electromagnetic and Microwave Technology and a Master's degree in Microwave Communication Engineering from Xidian University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Hebei University of Technology.
