Pamela Lynch

Pamela Lynch has a long and varied work experience. Pamela began their career in 2003 as a Production Engineering EID/ Co-op at GE Plastics. In 2004, they took on a Chemical Engineering/ Quality Consultant role at Wachusett Brewing Company. From 2005 to 2007, they were a part of the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE, where they held various roles such as a Chemical Operations Energy Savings Project Engineer. Pamela then worked as a Chlor Alkali Process Engineer at SABIC Innovative Plastics from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they were an Engineering Manager, Technology & Business Development and Global Supplier Quality Manager at A123 Systems. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Director of Quality and Global Supplier Quality Director at Ogin, Inc. During this time, they also held the role of President at Junior League of Boston from 2016 to 2017. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Director Quality Transportation, Director of Global Supplier Quality, and Director of Engineering at TPI Composites, Inc. Pamela is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Aclarity.

Pamela Lynch has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Pamela obtained a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School in June 2021, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2020, a Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making from Harvard Business School in 2019, an Authentic Leader Development from Harvard Business School in 2017, an Implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning from Plexus International in 2012, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GE in 2007, and an APQP4Wind Specialist from DNV GL in 2018.
