Lobbying Intern at ACLU of North Carolina

Ariela Leventhal is a dedicated public policy student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on interdisciplinary approaches to social and environmental issues. Currently serving as a Lobbying Intern at the ACLU of North Carolina, Ariela engages in substantive policy research and relationship building to advance civil liberties. Previous experience includes roles as a Communications Fellow at FREEDOM CENTER FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE, an Administrative Assistant at the Law Office of Kevin J. Tully, and a Campaign Fellow for Congressman Josh Harder. Ariela has also contributed through internships with Congresswoman Jackie Speier's District Office and the Tara Health Foundation, and participated as a Bank of America Student Leader, all while maintaining an active role in community service and advocacy initiatives.
