Sandy Chung

Sandy Chung is the Executive Director at ACLU of Oregon since February 2021. Previously, Sandy served as the Vice President for Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at University of Portland from December 2015 to January 2021, and as the Director of Employee & Labor Relations at Stanford University. Sandy also held roles at Santa Monica College and the City of Los Angeles, supporting various human resource and community-based initiatives. Sandy's legal background includes working as an Attorney at Irell & Manella LLP and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Sandy holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard University.
