Alexia Altshule

Alexia Altshule is an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a comprehensive background in HR data management, payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, and policy consultation. Currently serving at ACLU SoCal since November 2023, Alexia manages HRIS data, facilitates employee transitions, and develops training content. Previous experience includes roles at Rize Credit Union and Concentrus, focusing on multistate payroll, employee relations, and compliance, as well as implementing HRIS systems. Alexia's career began at Second Image National, where responsibilities included benefits administration and employee orientation. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
