Aletheia Henry is an accomplished strategist with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at the ACLU since June 2023, Aletheia leads strategic planning and integrated advocacy efforts. Prior to this, Aletheia was a Partner at HH Teams from July 2015 to June 2023, where focus was on Planned Parenthood’s abortion access campaign post-Supreme Court rulings. Aletheia's background includes serving as Director of Education at the Obama Foundation, National Campaigns Director at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, General Election Director for Obama For America in Pennsylvania, and Northeast Regional Director for Organizing for America at the Democratic National Committee. Aletheia began career as a Community Organizer and rose to State Director for Obama for America in Michigan, following experience as a Child Welfare Caseworker at Franklin County Children Services. Aletheia holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
