Joseph Steen, CPD has a diverse work experience. Joseph is currently working as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at ACM Global Laboratories since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Project Manager for NPI and Automation at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from March 2020 to July 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Business Owner of Lakeside Kennels. Joseph has also served in the Marine Corps Recruiting as a Marine Officer and Logistics Officer from 2007 to 2016. Additionally, they have worked as a Market Manager at Reddy Ice from October 2013 to April 2015 and as a Project Manager and Value Stream Leader at TE Connectivity from 2011 to 2013.

Joseph Steen, CPD, has a diverse education background with various certifications and degrees. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Leadership at The Baptist College of Florida. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the American Public University System.

Steen's educational journey continued with several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Medical Device Project Management from Oregon Health & Science University. In 2019, they pursued a certification in Data Programming with Python from Columbia Business School. The following year, they obtained certifications in Project Management from both the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF, and Cornell University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Steen obtained various professional certifications. Joseph became a Certified Project Director (CPD) from the Institute of Project Management in December 2019. Later, in May 2012, they acquired The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Manager Certification from Franklin Covey. Steen also holds certifications as a Certified Lean Practitioner from the Six Sigma Global Institute (obtained in August 2022), and in Fundamentals of Digital Research from Florence Healthcare (obtained in August 2022). Additionally, they obtained a certification in SQL from Mimo in March 2021.
