Kaitlyn Bond

Kaitlyn Bond has extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Kaitlyn started their career in 2007 as an intern at The Employment Store and then worked as a Clerical Coordinator at ETS Staffing from 2008 to 2009. Kaitlyn was later promoted to the role of Clerical Division Manager at ETS Staffing from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Rochester Regional Health as a Recruiter and progressively advanced to become a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. Kaitlyn held various roles at Rochester Regional Health from 2012 to 2022, including Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Manager, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2018, they also started working at ACM Global Laboratories as a Director, Talent Acquisition, and was later promoted to Senior Director, Talent Acquisition in the same company.

Kaitlyn Bond attended SUNY Brockport from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Kaitlyn'sstudies at the university focused on a combination of Communications, Business Administration, and Studio Art.
