Alan Hromi has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Alan started their career at NatureMost Inc. as a General Manager in 1979 before joining Sandvik Milford Corp. as a Supply Manager in 1980. Alan then worked at Borg Indak, Inc. as a Sr. Industrial Engineer from 1994 to 1998 before moving on to Cerro Fabricating Products as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer from 1998 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at Springfield Wire, Inc. and then joined Kenney Manufacturing as an Industrial Engineering Manager from 2006 to 2010, and later as a Manager of Industrial Engineering from 2006 to 2010. Alan then worked at Cadence Inc. as a Consultant in 2011, followed by a role as a Consultant IE at Timken Aerospace from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they became the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Acme Monaco, where they currently hold the position.
Alan Hromi has a strong educational background, with their studies spanning several years at different institutions. Alan began their academic journey in 1962 at the University of Dayton, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. Alan completed this program in 1967. Subsequently, in 1967-1968, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.
After a break in their studies, Alan Hromi returned to academia in 1983. At this time, they enrolled at the University of New Haven, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Alan successfully completed this program in 1988.
