Kathleen leads the Client Services team, which includes the delivery managers who guide implementation projects to success and the Product Support team who provides ongoing customer service post-launch. She specializes in nonprofit technology & operations, project management, and software delivery methodology.
Since joining ACME in 2016, Kathleen has delivered several ACME implementation projects for cultural institutions and museums across the United States. She also provides expertise in system integration with The Raiser’s Edge.
