Xavier Dubourget

Xavier Dubourget is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines Groupe at ACOME since December 2018, Xavier has previously held positions including Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Le Creuset, overseeing France and BENELUX operations, and at Faurecia, where responsibility included human resources management for the Caligny facility specializing in automotive seating components. Additional roles include overseeing human resources at SOGEFI for FILTRAUTO, establishing the HR function at Valeo, and modernizing HR operations at FILTRAUTO.
