Matthew Mace

Matthew Mace has worked in the medical field since 2009. Matthew's first role was as a Physiologist at the NHS. In 2013, they became a UK & IRE Product Manager, Sr. Engineer & Educator at Abbott, where they were responsible for driving strategy and execution of key activities for Abbott CRT/HV devices. In 2019, they moved to Circle Cardiovascular Imaging, where they were Head of Global Marketing & Marketing Analyst. In 2021, they became EMEA Marketing Portfolio Director - EP/CRM at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. and was responsible for the total EP/CRM Portfolio for EMEA. Currently, they are working as a Sales Director at Powerful Medical and is responsible for bringing to market Cardiology applications to aid doctors with diagnosis and personalized treatment of cardiovascular disease. Matthew is also the Director - Business Consultant at Acorai, where they are redefining heart failure monitoring with a novel Non-invasive measurement of mean pulmonary artery pressure to help reduce re-hospitalizations and lower mortality rates.

Matthew Mace has a varied educational background. In 2021, they began studying Management and Leadership at the Chartered Management Institute. Matthew is also enrolled in ThePower Business School, where they are pursuing ThePowerMBA, MBA, Business Strategy, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation and Digital Transformation. In 2017-2018, they obtained a Certificate in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and in 2009-2013, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Clinical Psychology from Middlesex University. In 2007-2009, they studied Physics at Chatham Grammar. In 2018, they obtained the CIM Affiliate Professional Member certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
