Lawrence Taylor is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the real estate and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at ACORE Capital since October 2015, Lawrence has progressed through various roles including Managing Director and Senior Counsel. Previous experience includes the position of Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Starwood Property Trust, and prior roles as Associate Attorney at Fried Frank and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Educationally, Lawrence holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa.
