Jessica Brown has extensive experience in the stairlift industry, currently serving as the Operations Training Manager at Acorn Stairlifts UK since December 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions in Operations Regulatory Compliance and various customer relations roles, including Customer Relations Manager, Customer Relations Representative, and Customer Service Agent at Acorn Stairlifts from November 2006 to January 2017. Jessica holds a BA in English and Media from Leeds Trinity University, attained between 2004 and 2008, and completed A-Levels at Hanson School Sixth Form from 2002 to 2004, along with GCSEs from Hanson School from 1999 to 2002.
