Scot Carley has a diverse range of work experience in sales and business development. Scot started their career as a Sales Representative at Nabisco Biscuit Company, where they were responsible for selling the company's cracker products and managing sales from order to shelf. Scot then moved on to Anheuser-Busch as a Key Account Space Manager, where they developed growth strategies for shelf placement and facings. Scot later became the Owner of TNT International Inc. / All Natural Rock, an international importer and exporter of grocery retail products. Scot implemented strategic growth plans for customers, including logistics, shelf placement, label development, and cost structures. Scot also worked as a Director of Business Development at Wakefield Talabisco International, and as a Business Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing. In their most recent positions at Acosta and Acosta Group, Scot served as a Sales Director and Team Lead for Acosta NS Sales for Albertson's / Safeway.

Scot Carley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Puget Sound, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Scot has obtained certifications in "How Leaders Drive Results and Resolve Conflict in a Hybrid Workplace," "Leadership Presence in Action," and "Critical Thinking and Problem Solving" from LinkedIn in the year 2023.
