Tim Rooney has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Tim began their career as a Leadership Development Associate in 2006 and then served as a Retail Sales Manager, managing a team responsible for executing in-store initiatives for clients in the grocery channel. In 2008, they became a Director of Retail Services, where they focused on growing client revenue by implementing operational strategies and training. From 2014 to 2017, Rooney held various senior leadership positions at Acosta Sales & Marketing, including Vice President of Retail Operations and Senior Vice President of Retail Operations. In these roles, they had full P&L responsibility, developed sales plans, provided data-based solutions, and negotiated rates with clients. Since 2017, Rooney has been working as a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Acosta, leading a Business Development team responsible for achieving growth goals and managing client partnerships.
