Nikolay Hotze

Nikolay Hotze serves as the VP & General Manager at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in hospitality management. Prior roles include Managing Director at Black Diamond Capital Management from January 2018 to July 2023 and Managing Director at Caneel Bay Resort from January 2007 to October 2017. Nikolay was part of the opening team at Acqualina, A Rosewood Resort between 2004 and 2007, and held various food and beverage leadership positions at Loews Hotels & Co and Tides Hotel from 2001 to 2004. Early in the career, Nikolay served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Doral Golf Resort and Spa, as well as at El San Juan Hotel and Casino, where rapid promotions led to being named Manager of the Year. The career began at Savoy Hotel Group as Assistant Executive Steward, managing substantial back of house operations.
