Lum previously served as the President Of Operations at a Stealth Mode E-commerce/Manufacturing Startup. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from New York University, Lum has a solid background in operations outsourcing, project management, process design, automation, supply chain management, and expanding businesses globally.
