Saloni Sachdev is currently the VP, Global Head of People & Culture at Acqueon Technologies. Prior to this, they were with Riversand as the VP & Global Head of Human Resources. Saloni has also worked with Wipro as the Global HR Head - Appirio and Grow Talent Company Pvt Ltd. and Renaissance Strategic Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as a Consultant.

Saloni has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and has been instrumental in driving the HR agenda for various organizations. Saloni is passionate about building high-performing teams and enabling organizational success through people initiatives.

Under their leadership, the team at Riversand was able to successfully navigate the company through its acquisition by Syndigo. Saloni has also been successful in building a strong culture of collaboration, excellence and ownership within the organization.
