Griffin Lochner is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with over a decade of experience in testing and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Tester at Acquia since September 2012, Griffin specializes in testing web software across various devices and developing automated testing protocols using Selenium/Webdriver. Prior to this role, Griffin worked at Widen Enterprises as a Help Desk Technical Support representative, providing assistance for DAM SaaS applications and troubleshooting issues. Griffin's career began at Esker Software GmbH as a Client Support Specialist, where responsibilities included IT issue qualification and customer inquiries.
