Leah Budelmann

Leah Budelmann's work experience includes a range of roles in the field of human resources and talent analytics. Leah started their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Intern at YMCA Southcoast and later worked as an Aquatics Supervisor at Ipswich Family YMCA. In 2011, they joined Salem State University as a Human Resources Contractor and also worked as a Creative Services Associate Contractor at New Balance Athletic Shoes Inc.

From 2011 to 2013, Leah served as a Payroll/Administrative Assistant at MassBiologics, where they reported to the Human Resources Director and provided administrative support to a biotechnology company.

In 2013, they joined Partners HealthCare as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and later took on roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Analyst.

Since 2018, Leah has been working at Acquia, starting as a Talent Analyst and progressing to Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serves as the Director of People Analytics and Operations.

Leah Budelmann holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, they have obtained an Associate's degree from Landmark College. Leah also has a certification as a Massachusetts Public Notary, which they obtained in August 2016.
