Richard Jackson

Richard J. has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and operations within the technology sector, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Acquia since May 2020, following roles as a Cloud Operations Engineer and Associate Cloud Operations Engineer at the same company. Prior to Acquia, Richard held the position of System Engineer at FirstLight Fiber and gained experience as a Security & Compliance Intern at HubSpot. Richard started with General Dynamics Mission Systems as a System Engineer Intern. Academically, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northeastern University and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Cape Cod Community College, complemented by training from the Cisco Networking Academy.
