Rob Shambaugh

Rob Shambaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Acquia since March 2016, Rob has developed a deep understanding of the company's products and has been instrumental in crafting solution proposals and customer communications. Previous roles at Acquia include Technical Account Manager and Customer Onboarding Engineer, where Rob focused on troubleshooting, site launches, and client advocacy. Prior to Acquia, Rob held positions such as Webmaster for the City of Winchester, Director of Product Development at Inovius, and Director of Sales at Veritas Health Systems. Rob began a career in management at Adecco Staffing, where responsibilities included negotiating sales agreements and managing a significant workforce.
