Shibani Peterson

Shibani Peterson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and client engagement. Shibani is currently employed at Acquia as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they empower ambitious brands to create digital customer experiences using the Acquia Digital Experience Platform. Prior to this, Shibani worked as the Global Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Acquia.

Before joining Acquia, Shibani held the position of Director of Client Engagement at PREDICTIVEHR, where they led client onboarding, conducted intake meetings, and managed project teams. Additionally, they served as the Senior Client Onboarding Manager at PREDICTIVEHR.

Earlier in their career, Shibani worked as a Client Onboarding Manager at Argosight, where they led the client onboarding process, created screening documents, and built strong customer relationships. Shibani also held the role of Senior Project Lead at Argosight.

Shibani started their career as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Monster and worked as a Recruiter at The Mergis Group.

Shibani Peterson obtained a High School Diploma from Cambridge Rindge & Latin School. Shibani then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, double majoring in Economics and Women's Studies. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Analyst from The Predictive Index.
