Angelo Festejo is currently the Director of Operations at Acquire BPO, bringing a wealth of experience in health care administration from previous roles at TaskUs and Accenture. Prior to that, Angelo served as an Operations Manager at TELUS International Philippines managing an Inbound Sales Queue for a Fortune 1000 Utility Company in North America. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, Angelo has a proven track record of managing client relationships, exceeding performance standards, and implementing process improvement measures to drive exceptional customer service.
