James Graves

James Graves has a diverse work experience in the legal field. James currently holds the position of General Counsel at Acquire.com since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions and Startup Attorney at Carney Badley Spellman, P.S. from October 2018 to October 2021. James also served as a Commercial Litigation and Professional Malpractice Defense Attorney at Lee Smart, P.S., Inc. from June 2016 to September 2018. James has gained valuable legal experience through internships at Amazon, F5 Networks, and Latino Community Fund. Additionally, they have held roles at Seattle University School of Law as Editor-in-chief of the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law and as a Law Clerk at Dean Standish Perkins & Associates.
