J.D. Hunt

J.D. Hunt has varied work experience in accounting, finance, and management. J.D. started their career in 2007 as a Licensed Financial Specialist in Wachovia, and then moved on to Wells Fargo Bank in 2009 as a Service Manager. In 2012, they worked as an Intern in Robinson, Grimes, and Co., P.C., and then as an Assistant Accounting Manager in Southern Rewinding Industrial Sales & Service. Later that year, they worked as a CPA in Holland, Henry & Bromley, LLP. In 2016, they became the Director of Accounting in Wicker Park Capital Management, LLC, where they worked until February 2020. Their most recent role was as a Controller in ACRE Asia Capital Real Estate, from February 2020 to present.

J.D. Hunt has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University, which they earned between 2003 and 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Columbus State University and received a Post Baccalaureate degree in Accounting. Their education history also includes brief studies at Auburn University in 2013 for Graduate Accounting. In 2014, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Georgia.
