Falak Shah has diverse work experience in different roles and industries. They started their career as a Graphic Designer, working as a self-employed professional from February 2015 to September 2018. They then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, joining Zong CMPak Ltd as a Customer Service Specialist from March 2015 to December 2018.
