Falak Shah

Falak Shah has diverse work experience in different roles and industries. They started their career as a Graphic Designer, working as a self-employed professional from February 2015 to September 2018. They then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, joining Zong CMPak Ltd as a Customer Service Specialist from March 2015 to December 2018. In 2020, Falak Shah took on the role of Senior Executive Account Manager at Edge Services & Solutions, where they worked until their most recent position as a Customer Service Team Lead at Acrisure Re, starting in July 2022.

Falak Shah completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Preston University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Falak Shah studied Information Technology and obtained an ICS degree from Joint Staff Public School and College from 2008 to 2009. In 2006 to 2007, they completed their Matric in Science in Biology from the same institution. Additionally, Falak Shah obtained a Graphic Design Diploma in Graphic Design from Arena Animation, however, the start and end years are not provided.
