Nancy Degree

Nancy Degree has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation. Nancy has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Acrisure Re, Aspen Insurance Group, Mountainside Treatment Center, Beazley, Premise Corporation, Fairfield Equine Associates, Triton Environmental, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In their roles, Nancy has been responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and services, managing employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. Nancy has also led large-scale organizational change initiatives and designed HR infrastructure to support company growth. Nancy's expertise in HR has been instrumental in driving business success and achieving organizational goals.

Nancy Degree obtained their MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of New Haven from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they received their BA in Psychology/Criminal Justice from Western Connecticut State University between 1992 and 1996.
