Phil Karp

Phil Karp is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in architecture and design. Currently serving as Group Head of Technology and CIO at Acrisure Re, Phil has held prominent roles including Chief Architect at Admiral Group Plc, Head of IT Architecture and Design at C. Hoare & Co., and Senior Consultant at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Additionally, Phil has experience as the Head of Architecture Design and Delivery while deputizing for the CTO at MS Amlin. Phil Karp holds a Master of Commerce in Information Systems and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, both from UNSW.
