Elizabeth Flores

Elizabeth Flores, REBC, currently serves as the Florida Service Manager and Employee Benefits Team Leader at Acrisure since February 2024. Additionally, Elizabeth holds the position of President-Elect for SHRM Naples, contributing to the Executive Board of Directors since January 2025, focusing on the development of human resource professionals through education, leadership, and networking. In 2024, Elizabeth acted as the Director of Sponsorship for HR Collier, another affiliate chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. Previous experience includes roles at Gulfshore Insurance as a Client Executive, Account Executive, and Senior Account Manager from October 2016 to December 2024, and as a Personal Lines Agent at Gulfcoast Insurance from January 2013 to September 2016. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
