Shahram Shayesteh

Shahram Shayesteh is a highly experienced executive with a strong background in compliance and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Eleven Network since December 2023, and as Chief Risk Officer for Acrisure UK Retail since March 2023, Shahram has held key compliance roles at The Standard P&I Club and Charles Taylor. Previous experience includes managing regulatory and compliance initiatives at Deloitte UK and Equilibrium Claims Group, where significant achievements include driving organizational growth and implementing effective compliance strategies. Shahram holds an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City St George’s, University of London.
