Sinthiya Croos

Sinthiya Croos has a diverse work experience in the financial field. Sinthiya started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Raffingers Stuart in 2011, where they gained knowledge in various accounting systems and handled tasks such as bank reconciliations and VAT preparation. In 2013, they joined Kobalt Music as a Finance Assistant, further strengthening their finance skills.

In 2015, Sinthiya joined AMRA Music as a Management Accountant, where they played a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis. Sinthiya prepared management accounts and budgets, analyzed large volumes of data, and communicated with third-party service providers. Sinthiya also managed overseas bank accounts, reduced management accounts close time, and maintained financial records for the company's subsidiary.

Sinthiya then joined You & Mr Jones in 2017 as a Financial Controller, where they continued to utilize their finance expertise. Sinthiya supported the company's financial operations and managed financial controls until their departure in 2020.

Currently, Sinthiya is working as a Finance Director at Across the Pond, a position they started in October 2020. With their extensive experience and financial acumen, Sinthiya continues to contribute to the company's financial success.

Sinthiya Croos completed their education at The University of Sheffield from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Financial Management, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
