Richena Louis has held various positions in the healthcare industry, beginning as an Enrollment Coordinator at Physicians United Plan. Richena then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Results Chiropractic Inc. before becoming a Case Manager/ Insurance Benefits Investigator at ACS Specialty Pharmacy. Currently, Richena serves as an Office Manager at Good Care Rehab & Wellness INC. where Richena is responsible for creating and implementing organizational policies and procedures, as well as directing and evaluating the work of the medical team. Richena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
