Anil Kumar has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Anil is currently working as the Sr. Vice President, Regional Head - South Home Business (Rhsl) at RELIANCE JIO DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they manage the South region business, including sales, customer acquisition, service delivery, and team development.

Prior to this, Anil worked at ACT FIBERNET as the Sr. VP- Head B2C (retail, res, channels) | Business Head B2b (Enterprise, SMB, SME), where they were responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and overall growth of the broadband business.

Anil also served as the Vice President - Circle Head at Reliance Communications, overseeing both the B2C and B2B verticals and driving growth in market share, revenue, and service delivery.

Before that, Anil worked at Bharti Airtel Limited as the General Manager/VP (Cluster head / Circle operations), where they handled end-to-end business operations with P&L accountability for mobility and telemedia businesses.

Anil's career began at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they managed sales operations in central MP, focusing on customer acquisition, retail store management, and revenue generation.

Anil's early experience includes working at Colgate Palmolive, where they handled sales and distribution, logistics, and trade marketing.

Throughout their career, Anil Kumar has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving results and growth in the telecommunications industry.

Anil Kumar holds an executive MBA in Strategy, Leadership, Operations, and General Management from the Indian School of Business. Anil also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management from Osmania University. In addition to their degrees, Anil has obtained various certifications including Competitive Strategy and Mergers and Acquisition Strategies from The Wharton School, a Management Development program for R.Com Sr.Ex from IIMBx | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Management Development program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and certifications in Revenue Enhancement through Strategic Marketing from the London Business School and Strategic Value Addition through Financial Analysis from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
