Shefali Mohapatra

Shefali Mohapatra has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Shefali started their career in 2001 at Agro Tech Foods Limited as a Manager of Employee Development. Shefali then joined Arvind Brands Ltd in 2004 as a Manager HR. In 2006, they joined Reliance Retail as a Chief Manager of HR. In 2009, they worked at both Levi's Strauss (India) Limited as a Senior Manager of HR and Atria Convergence Technologies as a General Manager of HR. Shefali later became the Vice President of HR at Atria Convergence Technologies and eventually the Chief People Officer. Shefali'swork experience spans over a decade in HR roles across different industries.

Shefali Mohapatra began their education at Army Public School Lucknow, where they attended from 1993 to 1995. Shefali then went on to Jesus and Mary's College, Delhi University, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from 1996 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, Shefali attended the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a postgraduate diploma in HR & Marketing. In 2017, Shefali enrolled at The Wharton School, where they completed a Graduate Management Program from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they began their Executive Masters in Change at INSEAD, specializing in System Psychodynamics, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
