Koni Hanlon

Koni is an experienced human resource professional who has been with Act for Kids since 2012. As a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy, Koni started her early career as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force performing various roles for more than a decade.

Discovering a passion and talent for working with people, Koni later changed career paths in the field of human resources. Her HR career includes extensive experience in the public service sector in both defense and health before joining Act for Kids.

As a member of the Act for Kids executive team, Koni enjoys the opportunity to shape strategy and nurture a culture that is safe, inclusive, and high performing. If the team members are happy and can work at their best, then this has a positive flow effect on the kids and families they work with.
