Alejandro Anez

Alejandro Anez has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Alejandro currently holds the position of Director of Field Operations at ACT Power Services since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Regional Manager and then a Regional Manager in the utility scale solar division of the same company. Additionally, Alejandro worked as a Field Service Technician in utility scale solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from February 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining ACT Power Services, Alejandro worked at Southern Energy Management from October 2018 to October 2020, where they held the position of Inspections and Lead Solar Technician.

Alejandro 'searliest work experience can be traced back to Simel Ltda, where Alejandro worked as the Chief Operating Officer from September 2007 to September 2018. During this time, they successfully pursued and won bids for government RFPs and managed complex projects related to the electric power lines and grid densification in rural areas. Alejandro demonstrated proficiency in various areas of business operations and consistently delivered projects on-time and within budget.

Alejandro Anez attended North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Renewable Energy Technologies Management, specializing in Solar Energy Technology. Alejandro also obtained additional certifications, including FAA Certified Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2021, Business Solar, Renewable Energy Management, and Certificates in Advanced Design & Installation of Photovoltaic Systems and Fundamentals of Photovoltaic Design & Installation from North Carolina State University in 2017.
