Clay Shipman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Clay began their career at Penske Truck Leasing, where they held various positions including Outside Sales Representative, Rental Manager, and SOS Coordinator from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they started their own small business as the Small Business Owner at H&S Repair and Performance from 2009 to 2016. Clay then became an Independent Consultant at Shipman Consulting from 2016 to 2018. Clay later joined Transteck, Inc as the Service Manager and Service Foreman from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Clay works at Turkey Hill, where they have held roles such as Fleet Services Manager, Distribution Manager, Director of Transportation & Distribution, and their current role as the Director of Logistics Operations since 2020.
Clay Shipman's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2002 to 2006.
